This short course is perfect for you if you are an advanced professional looking to finetune your style, or if you are just looking to learn the basics of making pizza at home with your loved ones.
Join our AVPN-certified professional trainer virtually in our new GiuNapoli lab, located in Naples, Italy! You will learn what makes the difference between pizza and finger-lickin’ good Neapolitan pizza. You will also receive guidance on arranging a proper set-up for your business or for your home, from ovens to ingredients to supplies and more. Let us know what kind of class you want and we will tailor it just for you!

The class covers all aspects of pizza making, you will learn the fundamental techniques of authentic Neapolitan pizza making, including:

  • Dough making by hand and/or by dough mixer;
    Kneading techniques on the working desk, including the Neapolitan “slap” style;
  • Dough-ball separation and dough handling during the rising stage;
  • Baking techniques and pizza handling in a wood-fired or gas oven;
  • Recognizing and working towards the making of an ideal product;
  • Finding the perfect recipe for your home or business.
